About Angel Capitalist

Will Crozier started the Angel Capitalist project in 2018 after selling the majority of his commercial real estate holdings and his construction materials import company. Still filled with the entrepreneurial spirit and energy to do more, Will decided to put his mind and resources to work in finding and funding small businesses, large real estate projects, and humanitarian projects in the Philippines. Together with his network of accredited investors, Angel Capitalist seeks to invest in rising entrepreneurs’ projects, and improve the lives of those most in need.

Angel Capitalist merges together the best elements of Angel Investing, Venture Capital, Crowd Funding, Humanitarian work, and the “Digital Nomad” lifestyle. We leverage technology wherever possible to help investors, founders, and sponsors maintain location independence, decrease wasted time on phone calls, in person meetings, and any other time wasting vestiges of last century business practices.

Angel Capitalist also seeks to add value to the lives of everyone it touches through education, vehicles to deploy capital, and efficient and transparent humanitarian projects to participate in.

WILL CROZIER

Since 2011, Will has co-founded two multifamily investment firms in Texas: Exponential Property Group and CapX Ventures. Will has transacted over $500MM as deal sponsor / syndicator, totaling over 3000 apartment units. Every deal to date has returned over 100% return to the investment group with a typical hold time of 2 years.

In a multimillion dollar transaction in 2018, Will sold his interests in The Exponential Property Group of Companies as well as his startup company called Exponential Property Materials. This construction materials import company greatly reduced the cost and logistical headaches of renovating multi-family projects. He personally traveled to Asia to meet his team and tour factories where products were sourced.

Will is licensed and registered as a Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. He is a co-owner of an LLC Brokerage, EXPPG, LLC. His transactional experience further aides his investment firm in negotiations, due diligence, and contractual review.

Crozier formally held the SEC / FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. He worked with TD Ameritrade and Fidelity as a Stock Broker.

Will enjoys international travel for business and adventure. He sits on the Board of Directors for Give a Smile / Ruel Foundation. This fantastic organization regularly arranges surgical outreaches for children in SE rural Philippines, houses orphans who have been rescued from abuse and undernourishment, and works to permanently adopt these children to developed countries.

Will lives in Makati City in Metro Manila, Philippines. He spents time dedicated helping this team grow in size and scope, bring awareness to the needs through social media contacts, monitoring efficiency, and fundraising. He is obsessed with cars and music and regularly plays as a DJ around DFW and Manila
